‘The Octopus’ Jonathan Gresham is aptly named; it seems as if this man has eight limbs with which to tie up his victims.
Already a ten year veteran before making his NJPW debut in January 2019 on the New Beginning in USA tour, Gresham has traveled the world and learned new submission holds wherever he goes; from European catch to Mexican llave. His debut in Japan was at Honor Rising 2019, where he teamed with Jyushin Thunder Liger and tangled with fellow grappler Zack Sabre Jr. He would enter that year’s Best of the Super Jrs. 26 where he ended-up with a respectable 8 points.
Gresham is just as adept at high flying as he is with submission work, and will soar with Shooting Star Presses just as confidently as lock in his Octopus stretch.
